Ingredients
2 pkts butter
250g icing sugar
650g plain flour
5 egg yolks
1 lemon zested
Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar lightly
2. Then add egg yolks flour and lemon zest, mix till it becomes a light dough, do not over mix.
3. Then rest for an hour the roll out 5 inch biscuits and crimp edges.
4. Cook for 25 mins at 160oc, until light golden brown around edges.
