Honeycomb
Ingredients
8 tablespoons sugar
8 tablespoons syrup
4 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
Method
1. Grease a tin
2. Gently bring sugar, syrup and water to boil in a large sauce pan
3. Boil until a drop hardens in a saucer of water
4. Add bicarbonate of soda
5. Quickly whip and put in the greased tin to cool
Chef's Tip
This will make loads of honey comb, you can then break it up and seal in bags to have as a treat or you could even dip in chocolate.
