Ingredients
1 pkt butter
300g Milk chocolate
500g digestive biscuit
100g raisins
100g cherries
100g golden syrup
Method
1. Crush the biscuits, add the raisins and cherries
2. Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup and add to the dry mix.
3. Mix together and put into parchment lined cake tins, pour to a depth of 1 inch. Then cook for 20minutes at 160 ºc
4. Allow to set till firm in tin and then cut and enjoy
