Ingredients
1kg flour
Salt
30g baking powder
120g butter
80ml white sugar
250ml buttermilk
1 large egg
125ml water
Method
1. Sift all the dry ingredients together
2. Rub in the butter
3. Make a dough with the buttermilk, egg and water
4. Roll out, cut, glaze with egg and bake at 220 C for 12 -15 minutes
