Ingredients
¼ cucumber
1 stick celery
½ small pineapple
Handful of spinach leaves
¼ lime peeled
4 seasonal apples
Flesh of ½ an avocado
Small hand full of ice
Method
1. Juice all the ingredients and then add to the avocado and ice and blend for 30 seconds
