Roux Scholarship Winners
Congratulations to Kevin Sutherland, sous chef, and Kenneth Culhane, chef tournant, both from Barclays 31st floor private dining, who have been successful in the Roux Scholarship Regional Finals. Furthermore Kevin fought a fierce battle at the Regional Finals to win a place in the National Final held on 6th April. Kevin was one of six chefs competing for this prestigious award. Following an amazingly close run competition Kevin lost out on the evening to come a very close second.
