Ready Steady Cook Winners
For the second year running, BaxterStorey beats 11 rival teams to win The European Catering Association's annual Ready Steady Cook competition for contract caterers.
Danny Hardy, Chef Manager at lazard, assisted by his Chef de Partie Rhys Richardson, cooked their way to victory using ingredients chosen by the competition organisers. Their creative three-course menu wowed the three judges and stole the show.
