In a recent survey on performance, our clients gave BaxterStorey some excellent scores. Staff, management, efficiency and food received top marks.

In addition, the most frequent responses to the question: What do you like most about BaxterStorey? Were enthusiasm, friendliness and passion about choice and quality of food.

That's why we've formed a focus group to address the few problems they brought up in the survey. Most of these concern our administrative function and we hope the imminent move to a single office building, together with further investment in IT, will help to alleviate these issues."
