HOHA CAFÉ, WINNERSH
Our service offer will be simple for the new high street café. Our model is based on a high quality Grab and Go with a small deli, hot snacks such as Jacket Potatoes, Fresh Soup and Hot Paninies and a salad selector, with a high street style coffee offer, as well as a delivered hospitality service.
The service will also be open to customers who wish to have an informal meeting or take advantage of our meeting rooms and conferencing facilities on the 1st floor. We would raise the profile of this space to a contemporary café, with fresh, healthy and tempting choices.
IT / SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER, SCOTLAND
Formally catered by one of the multinational big four catering contractors, this landmark location in the heart of Linlithgow a short journey from Edinburgh is our latest new contract to open. The mobilisation team headed by Dawn Gallimore together with Rik, Lloyd and Sally Mitchell have created a fantastic fresh feel to what was a service in decline.
Our fresh food approach has made the staff restaurant a haven for all and with the planned introduction of a bespoke coffee bar, our customers can expect to see more home baked cakes, pastries and other wonderful produce.
This contract directly with Jones Lang LaSalle, on behalf of the IT/Software Manufacturer, is our first step in developing a long lasting relationship with one of the countries leading strategic property management organisations.
