Leading Independent Caterer Prepares for Buoyant Year

Wilson Storey Halliday (WSH), the UK's leading independent specialist food services provider, has buoyant yearexpanded its sales unit with the appointment of Adrian Walker as Business Development Manager. Adrian who reports to Simon Esner, Sales Director, is responsible for further growing the company's rapidly expanding business and industry client base.

Adrian is an experienced catering professional who begun his career as a chef and moved into catering management in the late 1990s. Prior to joining WSH Adrian spent 2 years with London caterer, Capital Catering Services following a successful 5 years with Kingsley Walker Catering in Devon. During his time with Capital Catering Services Adrian was instrumental in delivering over a substantial number of new contracts and growing the company's turnover from £250,000 to £2m.

Simon Esner, Sales Director commented on Adrian's appointment: "Professionals such as Adrian who truly understand the demands of the catering environment and can consequently identify potential client needs and create solutions to address their requirements are key to the next stage of WSH's growth.
