John Campbell gains second star

John Campbell, head of food and beverage at The Vineyard at Stockcross and consultant chef to BaxterStorey was one of only two chefs this year to be elevated to two Michelin stars. This ranks John as one of the best chefs in the United Kingdom and we are delighted that our young chefs get the opportunity to work with such talent. John has been an inspiration to many of our chefs in the past and we look forward to continuing our association with him for many years.

John says -

I have been privileged to work along side BaxterStorey for four years now and have watched the company grow. I have worked with and for many companies in my career and feel that BaxterStorey rank at the top of the list. For me their training and team development is exceptional. It is such an exciting time now in the food service sector as expectations are far higher now than they have ever been which challenges us all

I may have two stars, the real stars for me are the chefs at Baxter Storey who create fantastic food within a more rigid environment.
