Heston Blumenthal visits BaxterStorey
BaxterStorey invited Heston Blumenthal, the highly acclaimed three Michelin starred chef from the fat duck, to visit some of its locations in London in an effort to raise the profile of the foodservice sector.
Heston was amazed at the food quality in a modern, contemporary staff restaurant and was blown away by the standard of menus in some of the private dining rooms. Heston commented – "Some of the food I have seen today is Michelin star standard. I was also very impressed with the freedom the chefs had to purchase from local suppliers and the fact that they were encouraged to trial new products.
