GOSH! Didn't we do well?
For the Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital (GOSH) and the Toybox Charity we raised over £600 which was then rounded up by the company to make a total of £1000, split equally between the two charities!
The Conference Organisers came up with the bright idea that because the supplier fair was open to all to help themselves, that it would be a perfect opportunity to raise a bit of cash for our nominated charities in the process.
So, all delegates had to BUY a carrier bag (specially designed for WSH) at £5 each and suppliers had strict instructions only to give samples to those with WSH carriers.
I'm sure that the generous giving of all our delegates will go towards bringing many children a smile this Christmas, both at Great Ormond Street and the many children from other countries supported by Toybox.
