Cost Sector Awards Success
At the recent annual Cost Sector Catering Awards held at the London Hilton Metropole, BaxterStorey were finalists in five categories which was an outstanding achievement. Matt Hay went on to collect the Chef of the Year award.
Matt has worked for BaxterStorey at Barclays Canary Wharf since 2004 and is focused on the training of his chefs, who produce food of an exceptional quality - praised by no less than Heston Blumenthal following his visit to Barclays.
