CIS Excellence Awards
The Catering in Scotland Excellence Awards, the 3rd annual event, were held at the Glasgow Hilton on 18th May 2006.
The awards are to recognise the achievements of established and new talent in the Scottish catering industry. The judges are a selected panel from the Scottish Food Business community and included this year Andrew Fairlie, Michelin Star Chef from Gleneagles Hotel.

The category winner, Willie Pike of Costley and Costley Hotels, demonstrates all of these attributes and has a passion for Scottish cuisine. He beat Kevin MacGillivray of Ballathie Hotel and Martin Wishart of Restarant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, to be announced the winner by Heather Suttie and presented the award by our Director for Scotland, Dawn Gallimore.
