Catering in Scotland Awards 2004

It's been an exciting time here, recently, as we've been ultra-busy organising the biggest night of 2004. In an effort to recognise the high degrees of creativity, excellence and innovation in Scotland's catering, hospitality and tourism industries, and to encourage greater growth, we are currently devising and revising an all-new format for the forthcoming Awards ceremony in 2004. We can't say much until the details are finalised in mid-November but suffice to say the new concept will prove even more ambitious than the previous incarnation. We are teaming up with a major industry organisation to put together an evening that will be the Scottish award ceremony of the year, aimed at lauding the top performers who strive for excellence in all they do - the real crème de la crème. If you were looking forward to the event before, wait until you hear what we're planning now.
Of course, not everything is changing - far from it. Indeed, we will still be treated to the silky-smooth vocals of a certain Todd Gordon and his band, and Real Radio's very own Marie-Clair McManus is compeering to ensure the night runs smoothly. Watch this space.
Keep sending in your nominations for the individual or company who you feel deserves to win a particular Award. You can write, fax, email Catering In Scotland. An official cut-out nominations form will appear in the January issue of Catering In Scotland.
