BaxterStorey appoints South West Operations Director
Christian Pauritsch has been appointed Operations Director, South West for BaxterStorey, the UK's largest independent contract catering company.
With 23 years of catering and hospitality experience under his belt, Christian will be responsible for enhancing BaxterStorey's business in the South West of England, overseeing approximately 30 client contracts. He will report to Sarah Miller, BaxterStorey's recently appointed Regional Managing Director.
Commenting on his appointment, Christian said: "With BaxterStorey's success in delivering fantastic seasonal food, along with a responsive, personal service to its clients, I am confident of the opportunities to strengthen the BaxterStorey business in the South West region and I am looking forward to playing my part in making that happen."
For the past five years, Christian has been Executive Director for an Artisan Food and Wine Shop in Ireland. He set up the fine food and wine business, offering freshly prepared and locally sourced produce, and built it to a turnover of Euros 1m.
Prior to that, Christian worked as Director for PL Solutions, where he set up a consultancy and advisory service for the food and catering industry. He has also held senior positions with Kylemore Restaurant Division, where he managed a turnover of Euros 28m, and Campbell Catering.
