The new service at Porsche, which starts in 3 weeks with phase one of the service, is set to immediately create a 'WOW' factor. This was the client's key objective and criteria for selecting Wilson Storey Halliday.
This will be achieved by the installation of some new equipment, a new approach to the menus and a service style which has freshness and quality as its main ingredient.
Early next year, phase two will be the total refurbishment of the restaurant area to create an open, cutting edge design dining and entertaining area.
