"Highly motivated, well trained and enthusiastic teams are the anchor for client satisfaction. Individual talent should be nurtured and allowed to flourish within the business environment."

By the time Halliday merged with Wilson Storey in 2000, it had 850 employees and a turnover of £23m. From her early HR career with Granada and Compass, Linda recognised that people were as important to a business' success as its customers and service. She actively embedded this philosophy into Halliday from its inception and this value remains a core principle within BaxterStorey today. Linda was awarded the Catey Food Service Caterer of the Year in 2003.
Simon Esner - Sales Director

He joined Halliday catering in 1999, playing a pivotal role in the business as it merged with Wilson Storey in 2000 and in growing the subsequent Wilson Storey Halliday. Within BaxterStorey Simon leads the company's dedicated sales team, developing the client base and building relationships with industry partners including facilities management companies and industry consultants.
